Patient Safety – strengthen quality of care, reduce risks, standardize treatment pathways, and pursue accreditations. People & Culture – attract and retain top talent, improve staff engagement and wellness, and reinforce strong governance. Technology & Innovation – implement new digital systems, expand telemedicine, automate processes, and adopt sustainable practices. The hospital will also expand services (new clinics, home-based care, 24/7 coverage), upgrade facilities & equipment, and improve patient experience through loyalty programs, communication, and VIP services.
