🔍 Background
Luton Hospital is a fully fledged Level 5 hospital offering 24-hour inpatient and outpatient services within Nairobi and beyond. Located along Ngong Road at China Centre (opposite Coptic Hospital), we are an ultramodern medical facility dedicated to affordable, evidence-based care across various specialties.
📌 Objective
We invite reputable vendors to submit quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Surgical Implants and Allied Products, as detailed in the attached specifications.
📋 Mandatory Submission Requirements
Vendors must submit the following documents:
- Company Profile
- Valid Business Permit (County Government)
- Valid Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Valid PIN Certificate
- Valid CR12
- Proof of Registration with relevant regulatory bodies
- At least three (3) references from reputable organizations
📄 Note: Quotes must be filled directly into the attached Excel sheet. Do not alter the format of the price schedule.
💼 Terms of Trade
Proposed payment terms: 60 days from statement date.
